Introduction to Maisy
Maisy is an animated TV series based on popular children's books about an adventurous little mouse by Lucy Cousins. Preschoolers love Maisy because she, like them, is learning about the world and seeing it with a preschooler's eyes. Maisy episodes focus on a specific happening in a child's day, such as getting ready for bed or learning to use the potty, ordinary events that are the focus of preschoolers.
Lucy Cousin's Maisy is friendly, independent, and good-natured. Though sensible, she can also be a bit naïve. No matter, Maisy is curious and never afraid to try new things. Maisy doesn't talk on the show. Her stories are told by a narrator because Maisy speaks "mouse." She learns about her world in a simple way, as a child does, and your child can learn right along with her!
