Introduction to Busytown
Busytown is a town inhabited by an assortment of animals with human characteristics. The Busytown books were written by author Richard Scarry. Main characters of these books include: Huckle Cat, Lowly Worm, Mr. Frumble, police Sergeant Murphy, Mr. Fixit, Bananas Gorilla, Hilda Hippo, and Farmer Fox. Huckle is a member of the Cat family. His parents are Father Cat and Mother Cat. His best friend is Lowly Worm. Huckle has a little sister named Sally. Huckle's Grandmother sometimes visits. She lives far away and must take an airplane for the visits.
